JustRaised provides a subscription service that includes access to startup lead reports. Access to reports and downloadable content is granted upon successful payment.

Please note that each report download is tracked. It is your responsibility to monitor your downloads and ensure that you comply with these Terms.

4. Refund Policy

We strive to provide valuable content and service. However, our refund policy is as follows:

• Refund requests must be submitted prior to making three report downloads.
• Once three downloads have been made, refunds will no longer be available.

If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed through Stripe.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided through JustRaised, including reports and lead information, is the intellectual property of JustRaised. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited.

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and ensuring that all activities under your account comply with these Terms. Misuse of the service may result in termination of your access.

7. Limitation of Liability

JustRaised shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in question.
