Dinari raises $12.7M Series A funding to democratize tokenized equity trading

What does Dinari do?

Dinari offers a platform for tokenized equity trading through its dShares service, which provides fully backed tokenized representations of individual U.S. stocks and ETFs via a developer-friendly API. This allows fintechs, neobanks, and digital wealth platforms to offer real U.S. equities without the need for extensive infrastructure investment.

How much did they raise?

The company secured $12.7M in its Series A round, co-led by Hack VC and Blockchange Ventures, with additional participation from VanEck Ventures, F-Prime, and Blizzard’s Avalanche Fund.

What are their plans for the money?

With the new funding, Dinari aims to further develop and scale its tokenized equity trading platform, potentially broadening global access to U.S. stock markets while enhancing the infrastructure needed for secure and accessible trading.

What have they achieved so far?

Dinari's platform is already live in over 60 countries across LATAM, MENA, Southeast Asia, and other regions, highlighting its rapid global adoption and operational success.
